Kandelabra was released on May 20, 2021. A fresh new modern metal single, it was recorded by Paul Banfield, in collaboration with highly acclaimed metal vocalist, Laur Lindmäe, who also mixed and mastered the track. Recording sessions took place during February, 2021, both at P. Kwiva Records and MusicDyslexic Studios. The release is also accompanied by P. Kwiva's first ever lyric video.

The title of the single is a stylistic misspelling, intended to give the title its own unique identity. The lyrical content is metaphorical, alluding to the similarities between a burning candle and the struggles of life and death. The single's artwork was also designed by P. Kwiva, and features a rustic version of the official P. Kwiva logo, combined with a ring of fire and a burning candle, to match the theme of the single's title.

The production features Paul Banfield on a custom 8-string ESP LTD guitar, down-tuned to drop F (which serves as both the rhythm section and provides ambient leads), a Musicman Bongo 5 HH Bass covering the low-end, and a massive 13-piece drum kit. The vocals are all Laur Lindmäe, recorded in his home studio using a SHURE SM7B microphone, layered, processed, and smashed through a compressor for a massive mix. The style is a mix of metalcore and deathcore, with elements of black metal and death metal.
